I really enjoyed doing this. It's been a while since the last time I felt so engrossed in something that I forgot to eat. I've been feeling inspired to do some Legion art from @will.n.hanson 's Legion series. And @butchhartman 's recent Legion redesigns on YouTube excited me to think of how I would draw the Legion as young teenagers. The Legion is traditionally a group of super powered teenagers but they are also capable of serious and adult storylines. It was fun to imagine them a little younger than usual, capturing more of the youth from first appearance in the silver age.

When I'm working on my Legion redesigns, I like listening to my Legion playlist. It's also great for listening in the car, in the shower, while doing dishes, and reading Legion comics. Eventually those close to you in your life will start notice and tolerate your obsession. You'll talk about how some songs are more reminiscent to different renditions or characters of the Legion like All Star fits for the silver age and the Legion of Substitute Heroes, Indestructible for Ultra Boy, Thunder for Lightning Lad, and Bouncing Off The Walls for Bouncing Boy. There's uplifting moods and maybe some teen angst. Most of it is within my taste of music and how I see the Legion. So, there's 80s and 90s music, OK Go, Skillet, Owl City, Orange, Jonathan Young, Shinedown, a dash of Gorillaz, and more!
